PAW POINT LLC currently offers shipping services exclusively within the United States. We arrange shipments based on the valid delivery address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

Our current delivery area covers the contiguous United States as well as select other U.S. regions. Please refer to the information displayed on the checkout page for specific delivery availability.

2. Order Processing Time

Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, we typically require 1–3 business days to review the order, prepare the items, and pack the shipment.

Order processing times may be extended during weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and special promotional periods. We will provide tracking information once the order has been shipped, where applicable.
